Richard Moore
Backstory
At 12 years old he heard a voice. It said. “You will become a songwriter.”
Three days later he picked up his dads ukulele… the fuse was lit.
In college he lived in a treehouse built from pilfered lumber.
After college he lived in Istanbul, playing guitar in a Turkish production of
Hair. Then toured Europe and Asia in a disco band.
Upon returning to Oregon… Richard built a recording studio and
discovered good microphones… audio engineering and commercial voice
work. Like a duck…
Songwriting and studio music production went on in the off hours.
He mastered the craft… he’s ready to be heard.
He says…
”The world is perfect and beautiful exactly the way it is.
I love being an old man. The 12 year old is alive and well… he just looks different. And songs are gifts, meant to be received… and then given away.”
Enjoy the music… turn up the volume… and listen…
